The town of Rome City, Indiana is a tourist attraction nestled perfectly in northeast Indiana, Noble County and Orange township. Our small town offers beautiful views and homes for over of 1600 residents on and around Sylvan Lake and attracts visitors year round to our many tourist attractions.
Sylvan Lake Indiana is a SKI LAKE, an all-season lake with a wonderful public access and boat launch site, 16-miles of beautiful shoreline, great fishing, and our famous "Big Island" complete with scenic island nature trails and a public island boat dock.
